Not sure, sorry. I was in a real hurry so I just got advice and downloaded something, didn't have time to search around. I'm sure there's an open-source option though if you have time to hunt around a bit..

I had to work this out the other day: I had 4 mono tracks I wanted to assign to 4 speakers, and a dvd seemed the easiest way to do it. I ended up needing 2 steps: 1. First, used Vegas Pro to sort out all the panning and export an ac3 file. 2. Seco…
