the soundboard

..because we can

I was wondering if there were any Logic wizkids out there who could help me with a few little niggling problems/settings issues I am having. I've come from a Cubase/Protools background, and want Logic's settings to work for me in a similar way. I've searched the webs but cannot find any fixes.

So does anyone know how to:

1. Make it so when you zoom in, it zooms in on the cursor.

2. When you select a track, it doesn't select all the audio/midi regions in the track.

3. The keyboard shortcut for muting a region (not a track) (it's no where to be found in keyboard shortcuts).

4. And finally, I'm having this weird problem when I 'save as', and then go back to the old session, some audio regions are holding random snippets of sounds from other audio regions. It's not visible in the waveform either, and you can fix it by shortening or lengthening the audio region. The weirdest thing thats ever happened to me in any computer program.

Cheers

no worries. Problem 2 meant I accidently moved half the audio regions all over the place in this 20min movie im working on with out even knowing. I had to go back fix it up all over again.

I'm finding www.logicprohelp.com quite helpful. If I leave a message on that forum, it normally gets a response in the day.
