Lots of it, this years inspiration has been Brian Eno & David Byrne, Kontext, Mount Kimbie, Alvin Noto, Sakamoto, Carsten Nicolai, Deep step, Deep Hop, Concrete and the rest of it....
What kind of stuff are you working on?
Deep stuff. All made from lovingly recorded phenomena... And playing with my machinedrum! xxxx

3rd year drawing and slipping between programs. I think i talked to you at the footscray comm centre (or is there another phoebe?) . If I have right Phoebe i really enjoyed the kiddo and montero performance. I sat in on sound cult. last term.

Thanks so much Phoebe! I gotta say I thoroughly dug your pot plant gamelan performance. That whole session was seriously inspiring. I think I'm going to add some pots to my makeshift drumkit, which as it stands is a bass drum on the floor, a fractured hihat and snare drum with chain draped across... (sounds pretty good on that track though...haha)
I can't remember what was on that CD... actually it might be DVD of some audiovisual stuff...
well enjoy anyhow
