Re: Omnisphere 2.5: Hardware Synth Integration and double voice architecture

Well in the video they seem to have multiple synths all hooked up to one machine, specifically the boutiques - they all appear to be running at once, and he just changes the profile, no re-patching. And there's a ton of them. True, but he was not using two instances of Omnisphere. We shall know in ...

And yes, two instances could be different hardware controllers. The only limit would be how much hardware you own...
I am not too sure, do you know this for certain?

I am wondering because say two controllers, each of which would be connected to a USB, and this may cause issues.

With each new instance of Omnisphere, I guess you can call up a different HW. Mindblowing!

Re: Omnisphere 2.5: Hardware Synth Integration and double voice architecture

[/b][/size]What a bloody massive project!!!! You have to get all of them manufacturers on board to share technical details with Spectrasonics for them to be able to include that layer in Omnispheres architecture. To get over that hurdle alone is a enormous achievement! It just shows the excellent w...

Re: Omnisphere 2.5: Hardware Synth Integration and double voice architecture

Georg - funnily enough I was looking at the System 1m. There would actually be room for this in my setup, amazingly, right on top of all the Swissonic keyboard controllers I'll never use. I'll need to research and live with the idea for a while - it could be a bit more of a toy than anything else f...

Interesting to check the Thomann's and Sweatwater's of this world. Will they stock it at all? I thin...

Re: Whole Sounds / Baldwin 1954 Parlour Grand (for UVI)

Matter of taste I suppose, but the Debussy and Bartok didn't do it for me at all. Hard to nail why that is, but there is something very odd to my ears concerning the color which I dislike. Then again, might just be my odd taste. ;)

A store? Crazy!

Should be an easy fix, you purchase, but legitimise someone else to pick it up. This helpful lady/chap then ships to you via UPS. Simpleton...

Ooooooooooxfoooooooooord where are you? ;)

Best of Luck, and yes, now I am curious what instrument it is.

Simon Stockhausen created quite some useful videos & sound sets, using Falcon from early days on.
